Refund and Return Policy

If Alura's World isn't for you, we make refunds and returns quick and easy to initiate. To contact us, email help@tabschocolate.com or use our form:

• Cancellations must be submitted via email prior to your order being dispatched from our fulfillment center.

• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of order delivery for coloring books, stickers, coloring pens, and greeting cards..

• Do not ship your return to us prior to contacting and receiving approval from customer support.

• We ship all items in flatmailers to avoid bending. If your item is damaged, broken, disfigured. please contact us and we will provide a replacement upon reasonable proof.

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.

• We may ask you to take a photo of your return to help us in improving our product.

• Refunds are credited to your original form of payment. Please allow up to one week for your refund to be processed upon approval.

• Please allow for delivery delays during peak order volume. Items that arrive significantly later than expected may qualify for a partial refund, unless notice of delay is given and cancellation options are offered. 

• Digital products (PDF coloring books) are non-returnable and non-refundable due to their nature.
